Our Service Costs
We aim to keep our costs as low as possible for our clients whilst providing high quality, individualised treatment plans. Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer - we don't use a card machine because it would cost us which would raise our prices. Normally with insurance claims you pay us and then claim back from your insurance company. We do not charge for processing paperwork related to your claim.

Your initial assessment takes up to an hour and has these elements included:

Pool Hydrotherapy - £45
We have one of the largest pools in the UK and dogs enjoy their sessions which involve both dynamic and static exercises in the pool, along with aquatic massage with one of our qualified hydrotherapists.
Entry to the pool is via a ramp for the majority of dogs but we can also lift dogs in; either manually or via a hoist for dogs which cannot walk in un-aided. We specialise in elderly patients in the pool and regularly have dogs who are over 15 swimming.
UWTM Hydrotherapy - £45
We are delighted to have a state-of-the art treadmill which is long enough for Giant breeds and allows us to exercise dogs and cats with water support on both the flat and also on the incline. This means we can provide rehabilitation programmes or fitness and conditioning programmes. Especially suited to spinal conditions as well as treating most rehabilitation cases. Reactive dogs who cannot be touched can be treated in the treadmill with the therapist outside but normally the hydrotherapist will be in the UWTM with your dog so that they can be hands-on supporting.

Class IV Laser - £45/35
Laser treatments are a natural therapy which boosts a body's natural healing processes. We treat all small animals, humans and equines. It works especially well alongside hydrotherapy and whilst it is excellent for wounds we generally treat more muscular or skeletal conditions. The scientific name is 'photobiomodulation'. The laser uses four wavelengths of light to put energy into the body to boost healing. The machine we use is used in Guy's Hospital in London. We treat people because when we started treating animals their owners asked us to treat them too.
